Refund Policy

Weekday and non-holiday cancelation requests must be submitted 24 hours in advance. Bookings that fall on a weekend date or holiday must request a cancelation 72 hours in advance. You can self reschedule via your Customer Portal within 24 hours prior to the start of your reservation.
